Suite Gallery Info

Catering

Suite guests enjoy a customizable menu curated by Aramark, the Cavaliers’ exclusive catering partner. Order as much as you need to enhance your experience. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Add-Ons

Founders Suite and Club Suite purchasers may request up to two Guest Passes, allowing other ticketed guests to access the suite at their convenience. Please note, Guest Passes do not grant entry into the arena and must be accompanied by a valid event ticket.

Parking

Premium spaces include a designated number of parking passes, providing access to the Gateway East Garage. The garage opens three (3) hours prior to the event, though hours may vary for special events.

In-Suite Decorations and Signage

In-suite signage may be displayed with prior approval from Rocket Arena staff. Materials must be submitted to your Cavaliers representative at least 72 hours before the event and can include items such as a company logo or birthday message.

Cashless Venue

Rocket Arena is a cashless venue. All purchases must be made with a debit or credit card, or through mobile payment options such as Apple Pay or Google Pay. Guests who prefer to use cash can exchange it for a gift card at conveniently located reverse ATMs inside the arena.

Premium Suite Costs

Does it pay to wait to book a suite until closer to the event?

No, suite rental availability for Cleveland Cavaliers is limited and suites are often not available at the last minute. In addition, when coordinating events for a group, it is often necessary to give guests more time to confirm their availability to attend.

Are there additional expenses I should consider?

Limited overflow tickets may be purchased for your suite at an additional cost. As well, you may pre-order catering for your suite.
