Once your suite purchase is confirmed, a Premium Team representative will connect with you regarding digital ticket delivery. Tickets are distributed prior to the game, though timing can vary.
All suite tickets and parking passes are delivered digitally and can be accessed through your SeatGeek Account Manager or the Cavaliers/SeatGeek mobile apps. Tickets can be scanned at entry for contactless access and easily transferred to guests directly from your device.

Yes. Payment in full is required to lock in your suite reservation.
All listed prices already include applicable fees unless otherwise noted.
No. Suite sales are final and non-refundable.
Your suite reservation remains valid and will be honored for the rescheduled game.

After booking, the Cavaliers Premium Team will provide catering menus and instructions. Orders are generally due 2–3 business days before the game. Additional items can be added closer to or during the event.
No. Catering is optional and has no minimum spend requirement. Please note, outside food and drinks cannot be brought into Rocket Arena.
Some suites allow for additional SRO tickets. Check your suite listing or reach out to confirm.
Children under two (2) do not need a ticket if they sit on the lap of a ticketed adult.
Yes. The arena follows the NBA’s clear bag policy—only clutches 4.5” x 6.5” or smaller are permitted. Backpacks and oversized bags are not allowed, and all items are subject to security screening.
Suite tickets are for your private suite only and don’t include entry to other clubs. If you’re in a Theater Box, you’ll also enjoy access to the Huntington Legends Club.

Suite packages may include a limited number of parking passes with access to the Gateway East Garage. This lot opens about 3 hours before tip-off, depending on game date & time.
