Am I purchasing directly from the team?

Yes. All suites and premium seating listed here are sold exclusively by the Cleveland Cavaliers.

What amenities come with a suite at Rocket Arena?

A Cavaliers suite provides a premium gameday setting, including:

How do I reserve a suite?

When will I get my tickets after booking?

Once your suite purchase is confirmed, a Premium Team representative will connect with you regarding digital ticket delivery. Tickets are distributed prior to the game, though timing can vary.

How will my tickets be delivered?

All suite tickets and parking passes are delivered digitally and can be accessed through your SeatGeek Account Manager or the Cavaliers/SeatGeek mobile apps. Tickets can be scanned at entry for contactless access and easily transferred to guests directly from your device.

Payment

What types of payment are accepted?

CavaliersSuites.com accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).

Do I need to pay in full at the time of booking?

Yes. Payment in full is required to lock in your suite reservation.

Are there extra fees I should expect?

All listed prices already include applicable fees unless otherwise noted.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel a suite purchase?

No. Suite sales are final and non-refundable.

What if my game is moved to a new date?

Your suite reservation remains valid and will be honored for the rescheduled game.

What if the game is canceled outright?

In the rare case that an event is canceled and not rescheduled, please contact us at [email protected] or 216-420-2481 to review your options.

Planning Your Premium Experience

When and how do I place catering orders?

After booking, the Cavaliers Premium Team will provide catering menus and instructions. Orders are generally due 2–3 business days before the game. Additional items can be added closer to or during the event.

Is catering mandatory?

No. Catering is optional and has no minimum spend requirement. Please note, outside food and drinks cannot be brought into Rocket Arena.

Can I buy extra Standing Room Only (SRO) tickets for my suite?

Some suites allow for additional SRO tickets. Check your suite listing or reach out to confirm.

What is the policy for children?

Children under two (2) do not need a ticket if they sit on the lap of a ticketed adult.

Are there restricted items inside Rocket Arena?

Yes. The arena follows the NBA’s clear bag policy—only clutches 4.5” x 6.5” or smaller are permitted. Backpacks and oversized bags are not allowed, and all items are subject to security screening.

Does a suite ticket grant access to other premium areas?

Suite tickets are for your private suite only and don’t include entry to other clubs. If you’re in a Theater Box, you’ll also enjoy access to the Huntington Legends Club.

Can suites be used for business or private events?

Absolutely. Suites are ideal for hosting clients, rewarding employees, or celebrating special occasions. Contact [email protected] to discuss event options.

Game Day Questions

Where can I park?

Suite packages may include a limited number of parking passes with access to the Gateway East Garage. This lot opens about 3 hours before tip-off, depending on game date & time.

Is there a VIP entrance?

Yes. Suite guests may use designated VIP entry points at Rocket Arena for quicker, more private access.

  • Founders Suites: Located on the Founders Level. Enter via the East Bridge from Level 3 of the East Garage and take the Northeast elevators down, or from street level use the Northwest elevators at Portal 29 or the Northeast elevators at Portal 4.
  • Club Suites: Located on the Club Level. Enter through the East Bridge on Level 3 of the East Garage, or from street level use the Northwest elevators at Portal 29 or the Northeast elevators at Portal 4.

When does suite access begin?

Suites can be accessed when doors open for the game.

Can I order food and beverages during the game?

Yes. In-suite service is available throughout the event through your dedicated suite attendant.

Who should I call if there’s an issue during the game?

For immediate assistance, please reach out to your suite attendant or your Cavaliers representative.
